A photo of the metal frame of “iPhone 7” appeared on the Internet

On March 22 Apple will present iPhone SE

Foxconn buys Sharp for $6.2 billion
The company Hon Hai, which owns the Foxconn assembly plants, bought the Japanese electronics manufacturer Sharp. The amount of the deal is $6.2 billion, at the same time after purchase, all Sharp employees will remain in place, including the top management of the company. Earlier on the Internet appeared information that Foxconn in cooperation with the Sharp is going to organize its own production of displays – including for Apple.
Apple Wins Major Court Victory Against FBI
New York court rules that the government cannot force Apple to hack the iPhone, seized during a criminal investigation. New York judge James Orenstein rejected the request from US Department of Justice for a warrant, which obliges the company to unlock the iPhone, acting as material evidence in the case of drug traffic.
This case has nothing to do with the investigation of the terrorist act that took place in San Bernardino in December last year. However, given similar circumstanced, Apple believes that the verdict of the New York judge may serve as an example and help the company in its confrontation with the FBI.
According to the New York court, US Law “All Writs Act” cannot be used to force technology companies to withdraw data from the device at the request of the authorities.

Apple has released iOS 9.3 beta 5
Apple continues actively testing firmware – the fifth beta version of iOS 9.3 is now available for download for developers from Apple Developer Program, as well as public beta testers.
