Hackers Chronic and P0sixninja are now working at Apple

Apple has hired several well-known members of the Jailbreak community, which include Chronic and P0sixninja. According to reports, the new employees working on a certain platform, called Apollo.


What is Apollo?

Apollo is a platform that is intended to protect users of Apple mobile devices against malicious applications that can be found in trusted and third party sources and prevent the leakage of personal data, stored on the device.

Additionally, the developers plan to release a more advanced version of the platform designed for corporate clients. It will have greater functionality through which they user can customize the whitelists and blacklists of software, disable system applications, data management, etc.

Information about when the new development of the Cupertino company will be available to users is not confirmed yet. There is also no information about when Chronic and P0sixninja joined the development team of Apple.
