Apple and Samsung will compete for the “One Ring”

Recently, United States Patent and Trademark Office published a new legal document, which describes the appearance and operation of the new unusual accessory – “smart” ring from Samsung. Despite all the attempts of other manufacturers, the Koreans have every chance to become the first company to offer something similar in the world market.

A little earlier in the network have already appeared rumors that Apple is developing a portable “smart” accessory that can be worn on the user’s finger. The smart ring could monitor the activity of the owner, control appliances and so on. But any specific patents on this subject until now have not been published – just something implicit.

Another “smart” device – one more reason for the relentless struggle between the two largest manufacturers of the smart gadgets. It is very early to speak about the success of not yet announced new devices, however, most likely, Samsung will release something first, but Apple is subsequently should sharpen and polish the idea and release something better, like we have seen in the situation with smart-watches.
