Apple is testing 5 prototypes of iPhone 7
According to the most recent rumors, iPhone 7 will surprise users not only with a number of previously unavailable features, but also with a new design. According to foreign sources, Apple has developed five different prototypes of flagship smartphone with a unique design.

On each of them are being tested new technologies, that should become the main features of iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. These include:
- Wireless charging (probably the same technology used in Magnetic Charging Dock for Apple Watch)
- Fingerprint scanner, built right into the display
- Multi 3D Touch
- Dual camera set-up (probably for the rear of the device)
- Universal USB Type-C port, which will replace not only the standard Lightning port, but the audio jack of 3.5 mm (Apple wants to abandon 3.5 mm jack to be able to implement water resistance and reduce the overall thickness of the body)
Which of these features we will see in the final version of iPhone 7 and how will look the device in general – still unknown. However, according to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who rarely makes a mistake about the plans of Apple, the new smartphones will have display sizes 4,7″ and 5,5″, both will get a new A10 processor, however, RAM will be different: iPhone 7 – 2 Gb and iPhone 7 Plus – 3 Gb.
More accurate information we will get closer to the date of the announcement, but it is not clear when Apple will show new smartphones. Some rumors mention the traditional autumn, and in the others – almost the first months of 2016.
